1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Sentia Core platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Sentia Core provides an AI-powered lead generation and qualification platform for B2B companies. The Service includes AI chat agents, voice calling, lead capture and scoring, content generation, and knowledge base management.

3. Account Registration

You must register for an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications

  • Deploy AI agents for deceptive, fraudulent, or harmful purposes

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or create derivative works from the platform

  • Exceed your plan’s usage limits without authorisation

5. Subscription and Payment

Access to paid features requires a valid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. By using the Service, you grant Sentia a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, algorithms, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Sentia Core Pty Ltd. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited licence to use the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentia’s liability for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Sentia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be deleted per our data retention policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria, Australia.
